Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, The Villas - Barossa has a minimum 2-night stay.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you’re hoping for a late check-out, please contact us the day before and we’ll see what we can do.
How many guests can each Villa accommodate?
Each villa accommodates one couple, in a queen size bed. However, if you are travelling with another couple, you might like to book out both Villas on the property. For larger groups, we can recommend other excellent accommodation options in our local area.
Are The Villas suitable for children?
The Villas – Barossa is not suitable for children or infants as it is a secluded retreat for adults, rather than a family holiday destination.
What about pets?
Pets are not permitted at The Villas – Barossa.
Will my Villa have WiFi?
Yes. WiFi is provided in your Villa – and it’s complimentary.
And what about TV?
Yes, your Villa is fully equipped with a Smart TV, including complimentary NETFLIX.
Are kitchen facilities available?
Your villa offers full kitchen facilities, including oven and hotplates, microwave and dishwasher, plus a great range of cookware.
Is there somewhere I can do some laundry?
There are several laundromats within a short drive (5min) of The Villas- Barossa: Ezy Wash & Dry Laundromat Nuriootpa, 45 Murray St, Nuriootpa (and Linke’s Bakehouse & Tearooms or Fleur Social are nearby while you wait). And 7-day Laundromat, 119A Murray Street, Tanunda (take some time to explore the lovely Tanunda main street, with a stop in at Darlings Cafe).
Can I park at The Villas?
Yes, there is one parking bay outside each Villa, and this is complimentary.
Are rooms accessibility friendly?
No, the rooms are not accessibility friendly, as each Villa is located on a ridgeline and is accessed by a gentle climbing path.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Please make changes or cancel your booking with the same booking channel that it was originally made: direct to The Villas – Barossa, or Booking.Com, Air BnB, Barossa Visitor Centre, etc. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
